What This Warranty Covers
This warranty protects against:

Manufacturing defects in materials or craftsmanship.

Hardware malfunctions, including clips, buckles, LED lights, and dispenser mechanisms.

Any fault that makes the leash unusable under normal walking conditions.
If your Pawster Duo shows a covered defect during the warranty period, we will:

Replace the leash with a new one of equal value, or

Issue store credit or a refund if a replacement is not available.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover
Our warranty does not apply to:

Damage caused by chewing, biting, scratching, or misuse by pets.
